Beginning about 3-4 years ago, each year and now more often, we have had to replace the defrost time in this unit. We have to rely on the service personnel to tell us the truth, however, according to other websites, this seems to be a common problem. I would like to buy a new, large fridge without these problems. We have 5 people in our house and have to buy 3-4 gallons of milk each week. We like a "regular" door configuration rather than a side-by-side. Any suggestions?
